Construction Project Coordinator for Project Manager

Responsibilities

            Oversee contract administration

            Support Project Managers

            Monitor and update job cost/tracker

            Monitor and update project timeline

            Point of contact for project correspondence

            Coordinate and track due diligence, approvals, etc.

            Maintain project files

            Manages multiple RFI’s

            Change Orders - Tracking

Qualifications

            Must be a self-starter

            **Strong organizational skills**

            **Multi-Task**

Attention to detail

            Ability to communicate effectively with project managers/contractors

            Minimum of two (2) years’ experience with construction contract administration

Knowledge

            AIA Billing

            Construction Field terminology and processes

                        AIA (Draws)

                        RFI’s

                        SOV
