ERIE, Pennsylvania - January 26, 2016 - Sterling Dula, the architectural railing sub-brand of Kane Innovations, Inc., recently secured a contract with Whiting-Turner Construction, general contractor for 301 M Waterfront in Southwest Washington, DC.
Located adjacent to the Waterfront Metro station, 301 M Waterfront will feature 74 of Sterling Dula's post-supported, overhanging, glass railing balconies, along with two-line aluminum railing, which will border the roof lounge perimeter. In total, roughly 1,708 lft of Sterling Dula glass railing will be used on 301 M Waterfront, also known as Town Center South.
The grand opening of this transit-oriented boutique apartment development, designed by Maurice Walters Architect, Inc., is scheduled for 2017.
