Kane Innovations showcased their unique expertise on a long-overdue exterior modernization project in Harlem, NY.
Kane Innovations' competitive pricing structure, excellent reputation, and the ability to serve as a single-source manufacturer for an entire balcony enclosure, helped the metal products fabricator secure a contract on Taino Towers' massive exterior restoration project.
Taino Towers, a historic, mixed-use Section 8 housing complex, is comprised of four, 35-story residential towers that were constructed with federal funding provided by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in 1979. As of this writing, the buildings are undergoing upwards of $60 million worth of renovations.
So far, Kane Innovations has completed work on tower two, with towers three and four to follow shortly thereafter.
Kane Innovations was able to impressively demonstrate their unconventional "one-stop-shop" capabilities by retrofitting a comprehensive balcony package which included 4,376 lft of custom, 2-line aluminum mesh railing along with 1,620 Fixed Steel Narrowline Security Screens.
